Flexible 5-Year Pump Maintenance Agreements
Our maintenance agreements are completely tailored to your equipment and site requirements. A typical agreement includes two planned service visits per year at an agreed cost, but the frequency and scope can be adjusted to suit the installation.
Parts and remedial works
Parts can be identified and fitted during scheduled service visits where required — for example, replacing a faulty float before it causes a breakdown. We can record defects, recommend remedial work and keep the system maintained over the agreement period.
Priority out-of-hours support
Customers with a service agreement receive priority for out-of-hours call-outs, helping minimise disruption when a pumping system fails.
What's included?
Depending on the site, agreements can cover pump condition checks, controls, floats and level equipment, pipework and valves, pressure vessels, electrical checks, cleaning, testing and service reporting.
